  • What types of payment do you accept?
    We accept credit/debit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. ​ We also accept payments through PayPal.
  • What is your shipping policy?
    Orders are shipped 48-72 hours after order is placed. Custom orders may take a few extra days to prepare. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an e-mail with a shipping confirmation and tracking number. We ship to all 50 states inside the U.S., APO/FPO addresses, American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands. Standard - USPS Ground Advantage shipping time: 5-7 business days Priority - USPS Priority Mail shipping time: 3-5 business days Shipping time may be longer for orders outside of the U.S. Free shipping for orders over $50 when choosing the Standard option. Orders must total $50 or more before taxes and shipping.
  • What is your return policy?
    We will gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase date for a full refund minus original shipping costs. ​ Return shipping will be paid by us if you: 1. Use the return shipping label included in your package, 2. Mail your return package using the same service your original package was mailed to you, and 3. Complete the Return Form and mail it with your return item(s) ​ If you have any questions about returning an item, please feel to contact us.
  • How do I keep my jewelry looking like new?
    1. Do not wear your jewelry while bathing or swimming. 2. Clean your jewelry with a mild jewelry cleaner. Toothpaste works well to brighten silver jewelry. 3. Store your jewelry in its own plastic bag to help prevent tarnishing.
  • I found a bracelet that I want but it's not the right length.  Can I get it in a different length?
    Yes. In your cart, click on "Add a note" and enter the bracelet SKU number, description and the length you need (maximum is 9 inches). We will come as close to the length as possible.
